AUDUBON'S
MULTIWIRE CONVEYOR BELTS
Multi Wire or Multi Weave Mesh consists of two or more helically coiled wires of the same size placed side by side so that they serve as one unit.  This weave is formed by alternating right and left hand helical units, joined together by means of a crimp connecting rod, without the helicals interlocking with one another.  This construction permits use of extremely heavy connecting rods, thus giving high transverse strength to the conveyor belt.

Positive, true running for traction drives is assured by the alternating weave.  Minimum contraction and longitudinal stretch is obtained under the most difficult operating conditions.

Due to the double wire construction, these belts will operate under very high working stress.  This construction is especially desireable when handling heavy loads.

Pans or other fixtures can be attached to the top of the belt creating a Plate Top Conveyor Belt. Products like ash, powder, small or heavy parts can then be conveyed.
