Example:  B-36-24-12

B =  Balance Weave mesh style
36 = 36 spiral openings in 12"
24 = 24 rods in 12"
12 = 12 gauge rod, 12 gauge spiral

Example:   U-42-32-12/14

U  =  Universal Weave mesh style
42  = 42 spiral openings in 12"
32  = 32 rods in 12"
12 gauge rod/14 gauge Spiral
  Example:  CB3-53-102-18

CB  =   Cordweave Style Mesh
53 = 53 spirals in 12"
102 = 102 rods in 12"
18  = 18 gauge rod, 18 gauge spiral
Follow these guidelines to identify your mesh designation:

A.   Letter(s) indicating the Mesh Style you have  ie B,PB,RR,U,DB,IB
B.   Indicates the amount of spirals  (or loops) in 12 inches across width.
C.   Indicates the amount of rods  in 12 inches down the length of the belt.
D.   Indicates the wire ga of the rods / followed by the wire ga of the spiral.
    (if wire gauge is the same for the spiral and cross rod drop the second one).
___ -   ____ -  ___  -  __________
Style  -  qty of spirals    qty of rods      rod gauge, spiral gauge

How to Measure
Cordweave, Compound Balance Weave, Baking Bands
A.   Letter(s) indicating the Mesh Style you have   Cordweave is  always CB or C
B.   Indicates the amount of spirals (or loops) in 12" across width. Cordweave
     belts consist of spirals tighly seated together. Identify one Spiral (will be lined up
     evenly across the belt and count that one Only). See highlighed spiral above.
C.   Indicates the amount of rods  in 12" down the length of the belt (see blue arrows above)
D.   Indicates the wire ga of the rods / followed by the wire ga of the spiral (Iif wire gauge is the
        same for the spiral and cross rod drop the second one).
How to measure:
Balance, Precision Balance, Improved Balance, Double Balance,  Universal, and  Rod Reinforced  Conveyor Belts
How to Measure
Conventional Weave and Single Weave
1. Place the ruler on a Diagonal (not straight across as with the other mesh
   styles)
2  Count the number of openings in 1"    That will give you the Mesh Number.      (above picture is a 4 mesh since it has 4 openings).
2. Measure the Wire Gauge.
