FURNACE CURTAINS Woven wire mesh stainless steel Furnace Curtains can  reduce heat loss from oven and furnace charge and discharge openings.  They are designed to cover any size opening and can hang vertically. Our curtains are flexible in the horizontal plan so that the product can enter and exit the heat chamber with ease and will close off immediately after the product passes through. Hangers and loops can be provided for easy fastening at the top of the opening.

DRIP SCREENS for Furnace Ash Hoppers Woven wire mesh screens are made from any of the 300 series Stainless Steel or Inconel 600's.    The mesh opening can be open or tight depening on the customer's application. They are availiable in single or double ply mesh.  The screens are manufactured to bolt to your boiler tubes for protection against heat and gas failure along with fly ash prevention.   Our screens can also be provided with a stainless steel bar inserted through the top spiral for hanging. Audubon Drip Screens are used in coal generating stations throughout the world.  We can manufacture and ship promptly so that it's in your plant in time for your next outage installation.

CONVEYOR TRACKING SYSTEMS Audubon can provide complete fine-tuned tracking control systems for applications where precise tracking is  required for the processing operation.  Our Tracking System eliminates side travel of conveying. The systems are mechanical and do not require electrical or other power.  Each system is custom designed for your application, and after setup requires only routine maintenance checks.
